Whichever game you’ve grown up watching and playing, whoever you’ve grown up cheering on, sport starts with one thing: the human body. You’ll cover all of the key elements of how the human body works and learn how they all work together in state-of-the-art facilities. You’ll leave equipped with an interdisciplinary understanding of athletic success including physiology, biomechanics, psychology and nutrition, and will enter the world of work as a qualified sport and exercise scientist ready to apply this to create winning strategies. There’s also the opportunity to become a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer by taking an optional module.
