Philosophy, Politics and Economics with a Year in Industry
University of Liverpool
Philosophy, Politics and Economics with a Year in Industry
Course Summary
Philosophy, Politics and Economics has been a degree in demand for ninety years. It has often been viewed as the ideal preparation for public life, and for understanding politics and finance, and their philosophical underpinnings. The degree programme around Britain has produced Prime Ministers of the UK and Australia and US President Bill Clinton. If you have broad interests in what is going on in government, society, the markets and whether what’s going on ought to be going on, then this is the degree for you.
The year in industry provides students with the opportunity to apply skills and knowledge acquired during study to a real-life situation, thus developing key life and employability skills.
