Course Summary

The University of Liverpool Management School is one of an elite group of institutions worldwide to be AACSB and EQUIS Accredited. Our BA International Business programme provides a solid grounding in the main management disciplines with a particular focus on international management and global strategy, emphasising the links between international business management and the financial, technological, political, and other forces affecting the world economy. You will not only focus on the advanced economies of Europe, Asia and North America but explore the emerging markets of Asia and Latin America. You will also have the opportunity to study a modern language alongside your studies including French, German and Spanish where you’ll learn about foreign culture as well as listening, speaking, reading and writing. Our graduates successfully go on to find careers in multinational organisations such as Amazon, Santander, Mars, PwC, Royal Dutch Shell, BP, Vodafone Group and Deutsche Bank. Links with professional bodies With excellent teaching and quality content the programme is accredited by the Institute of Export (IOE) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Exemptions from various examination papers are available upon successful completion of certain modules. This programme is available with a Year in China. The Year in China allows undergraduate students the opportunity to spend one year at our joint venture, Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU), following XJTLU's BA China Studies degree classes. XJTLU is a fully English-speaking university, located in Suzhou. If you wish to study this programme with a Year in China please put the option code YC in the Further Choices section of your UCAS application form.
