Topics cover the full employee lifecycle. ​Modules HR Behaviour and Functions Organisational Behaviour and Employee Relations. The topics covered include the full employee lifecycle ranging from recruitment, performance to exit. The programme aims to build on your current understanding of strategic and operational HR practices and develop your knowledge and skills making reference to academic literature as appropriate. Modules are designated as core or option in accordance with professional body requirements and internal Academic Framework review, so may be subject to change. Students will be required to undertake modules that the University designates as core and will have a choice of designated option modules.
