Become a leader that others want to follow by blending your contemporary leadership knowledge with your personal approach to managing. Our top-up degree strengthens your management skills allowing you to innovate and motivate. We encourage you to apply the knowledge and skills gained from this course to your current job role or area of interest.
Practise meaningful management by building on the skills acquired in your foundation degree or HND programme. You will blend management theory with practical application to the workplace. In particular, you will focus on strategic issues of business, developing strong analytical skills and market knowledge in the process.
Our modules cover core senior management level subjects such as strategic leadership and enterprise, marketing management and strategy and contemporary human resource management. The research project/dissertation will allow you to identify and research a specific area of interest within the leadership and management disciplines.
By covering multiple strands of management, you will be able to select the concepts that strike a chord with you, using them to influence your own personal management style. Progression can lead to further study or employment.
