As part of this course, you’ll: - Develop the range of skills you’ll need to be able to undertake construction management positions - Study the legal, financial and economic environments in which the industry operates - Understand the other professions involved in building - Gain an overview of the whole construction process, including surveying, quantity surveying and architectural technology - Learn to use commercial awareness and professional managerial knowledge in managing contracts within specified quality, cost and schedule boundaries - Understand responsibilities associated with managing site operations, including those concerning the commissioners of a development, direct employees, subcontractors, the public and agents of regulatory and other authorities **ACCREDITATION** The course is accredited by The Chartered Institute of Building and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers.
