This exciting course provides you with practical skills and expertise in digital design, opening up career opportunities in a range of areas within the creative industries. The course gives you a broad grounding in 3D production and simulation, Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR), online design, interactive experiences, tangible media, and design thinking. Teaching at the School of Engineering and Digital Arts has been rated as excellent. The course is taught by a team of experts and industry professionals in the areas of 3D production, online design, immersive experiences and interactive applications, and human-computer interaction. Most modules consist of a mixture of lectures, seminars, workshops and computer sessions. The year in industry, which takes place between your second and final years of study, provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable work experience that can give you the edge when it comes to seeking employment after you graduate.
