What can I do next?
The tech industries are the fastest growing in the UK and the world, with huge employment opportunities. In 2019, the industry in the UK grew by 40% - six times faster than any other sector - and the UK led Europe for attracting investment in tech businesses. Companies of all types increasingly rely on skills such as coding, website development, cloud technologies, machine learning, data analytics and digital marketing to survive and thrive. As the demand for digital skills grows, so do the opportunities and financial rewards.
What will I be doing?
You will learn skills that equip you for industry, including in coding, software development, web development, app development, data analytics and the internet of things. Your lecturers’ background in computer games design means that many of your units of learning will be presented to you within this context enabling you to develop your skills using stimulating resources.
