Our Creative Media Production course at Hertford Regional College is designed for students who wish to pursue or advance their career in Creative Media Production. In addition to the knowledge, understanding and skills that underpin the study of Creative Media Production, Pearson Higher Nationals in Creative Media Production give students experience of the breadth and depth of the sector that will prepare them for further study or training. The creative industries, incorporating digital media, is the fastest growing economic sector in the UK, employing 1 in 5 people in the workforce. As part of this Higher Education course you will learn the creative skills to best prepare you for this dynamic industry including editing and colour grading, cinematography, single and multi-camera techniques, aerial filming, and high-resolution filming. On completing this course you will be given the option to top-up your HND qualification to a full BA(Hons) by completing the third year of Higher Education at another university or pursue a career in the creative media industries.
With the planned £700 million Sunset Studios only a few miles from the Broxbourne campus, HRC is perfectly placed to develop the next generation of filmmakers, producers and creatives.
