Construction projects are becoming more and more complex and the need for graduates who are equipped to manage projects, from inception and design through to construction and occupation, has never been greater. The degree aims to provide students with the knowledge, leadership and managerial skills necessary for the effective delivery of construction projects in which feasibility, planning, design, construction and occupation are all phases to be considered and managed.
