**Why an Integrated Foundation Stage?** An Integrated Foundation Stage starts your degree studies with a year spent learning the skills required to progress onto a full honours degree. Alongside an introduction to Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation, you will develop valuable study skills, communication, team work and problem-solving techniques which help to build your confidence and prepare you for the rest of your course. **Why Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation?** Our Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation degree enables you to implement testing procedures and design training programmes for top athletes. You’ll explore underlying principles of sport science, as you develop the skills to become a well-rounded practitioner. Optional modules, in areas such as nutrition, sports injuries and performance analysis, also allow you tailor your study to suit your own passions and career ambitions. With opportunities to gain experience on placements with organisations such as Bristol Rugby Academy, Gloucestershire County Cricket Club, the Swiss netball team and Swindon Town Football Club, our graduates stand out from the competition. You’ll draw on the expertise of experienced, accredited coaches and push sports professionals to their peak performance in our purpose-built strength and conditioning facilities. Our suite has been used by the UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA) and British weightlifting teams and is an ideal training environment which, as a student, you’ll have priority access to.
