This is a practice-based degree, where you'll have opportunities to explore two and three-dimensional art as well as lens-based and digital disciplines. You'll have opportunities through your studies for professional placements in the arts and for curation and self-promotion. Critical thinking and writing are also central to the course. The core modules are: Visual Language. Creative Project. Industry Related Learning. Contemporary Creative Processes. Critical Studies. Research Project. Creative Project (level 10). Facilities The City of Glasgow College has recently benefited from a £230 million new build programme with state-of-the-art facilities across two sites, City campus and Riverside. The Faculty of Creative Industries is based in the City Campus at Cathedral Street, which has excellent travel, bus and train links. The Creative Industries faculty benefits from a broad range of specialist workshops, studio spaces and dedicated exhibition spaces. These are equipped with industry standard resources and supported by specialist technical staff.
