Year 1 Entry: CCC plus GCSE English and Maths at C/4 Year 2 Entry: BBC plus GCSE English and Maths at C/4

HND Quantity Surveying with A in the Graded Unit. Other HND Built Environment subjects may be considered.

ABBC plus Nat 5 English and Maths at C

60 credits overall with 15 Distinctions, 15 Merits and 15 Passes

including Maths and English at minimum grade 4 Year 2 Entry: 30 points including 2 subjects at HL. SL Maths and English required
