This course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to enable you to become a respected and credible music producer and/or DJ, making use of effective and current business practices, and thereby achieving a sustainable career in the music industry with emphasis on the portfolio model.

However, we also offer BA(Hons) Electronic Music & Business on a 2-year, full-time distance learning basis, and this is open to everyone. The first year of study focuses on creating original music, developing skills in professional production: recording, mixing and mastering, alongside an exploration of traditional and current music industry practice.

Standard Qualification Requirements
We welcome A Levels in a wide range of subjects, especially in those relevant to the course for which you apply.
A typical offer is between 104 and 120 UCAS points, primarily from Level 3 equivalent qualifications, such as A levels, a BTEC Extended Diploma or a Foundation Diploma, or current, relevant experience. Grade 4 (or C) or above in GCSE English Language, or equivalent, is a minimum language requirement for all applicants. Due to the creative nature of our courses, you will be considered on your own individual merit and potential to succeed on your chosen course.
