Our Data and Analytical Science foundation degree features a mix of lectures, tutorials, demos and practical sessions. Throughout the course you’ll find there’s an emphasis on developing important transferable skills, such as problem-solving and team working.
Our foundation degree also offers a progression route (with 50% or higher overall grade) to our BSc (Hons) Data and Analytical Sciencee. 195 credits will be awarded on progression.

We'll assess you in a number of ways, including time-constrained assessments, coursework assignments and a project. Our module case studies, and final year project assess your ability to analyse situations, identify key issues, select, synthesise, and apply techniques and skills from different modules, and evaluate the appropriateness of solutions when compared to industrial practice.
