Standard Qualification Requirements

GCSE Grade C or 4 in English is required and GCSE Maths is recommended. Applicants wishing to study a language require grade C in the language to be studied

Other HNC subjects may be considered for year 1 entry where a B in the graded unit is achieved. Applicants wishing to study a language require grade B in the language to be studied .

National 5 C in English is required and National 5 Maths is recommended. Applicants wishing to study a language require grade B in the language to be studied. Pass Access to HE Diploma in a related subject with 45 credits overall with minimum 39 Credits at Merit & 6 Distinction. English at Level 2 or equivalent also required. Maths at Level 2 or equivalent is recommended.

Minimum grades DM (Distinction, Merit) and A Level grade C. GCSE grade C/4 in English and GCSE Maths is recommended.

Award of Diploma with 27 points overall with three HL subjects at grades 6, 5, 4. 4 points in SL English is required. SL Maths is recommended. Applicants wishing to study a language require HL grade 5 in the language to be studied

Minimum grades MMM (Merit, Merit, Merit) in a related subject. GCSE Grade C or 4 in English is required and GCSE Maths is recommended. Applicants wishing to study a language require grade C in the language to be studied

Grades H2, H3, H3, H3 at Higher Level. Grade O4 at Ordinary Level in English is required. Ordinary Level Maths is recommended. Applicants wishing to study a language require H3 in the language to be studied

Minimum Year 2 Entry Requirements HNC - Pass in Hospitality with B in the graded unit. SQA Advanced Higher - BBC. Basic Food Hygiene Certificate also required. A Level - BBB. Basic Food Hygiene Certificate also required. Minimum Year 3 Entry Requirements HND - Pass in Hospitality with Grades B at SCQF Level 8 in the graded units.
